Can we try Forwarder24 free of charge?

Can we try Forwarder24 free of charge? All the Forwarder24 functions will remain free during the 2-month trial period after your initial registration. One week before the end of the period, you will get a notification that your trial period is about to expire, and you can keep using Forwarder24 functionalities after you agree to use the paid version, and we will start issuing invoices to you.

What is your implementation process, and how long does it take?

Forwarder24 is immediately ready for operation. As the data are entered, you will be able to receive data from all the modes and reports, draft documents and use all the functionalities of Forwarder24.

Is Forwarder24 available in other languages besides English, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, and French?

We intend to provide the service in all the key languages of Europe. If a significant number of users from a country not represented in our selection of languages register, we will translate Forwarder24 into that country's language as soon as we can.

Where is my data hosted? And what security measures do you take to protect it?

We house our servers in our data centre designed with regard to all the requirements of Forwarder24. It is hosted on a secure and reliable network administrated and continuously monitored by our team of certified engineers. In addition, we run full daily backups of the entire database as well as regular incremental backups of the changes in the database. We use a number of third-party security tools, including hardware security measures. Your files and data are transmitted from and to your browser using SSL encryption (which is a type of encryption employed by online banking systems, for example).

I want to start using Forwarder24, but I need to move my data from my current system. Can you help with that?

We can import any data from any electronic source although the data will need additional processing and correction. Every data import is performed on a case-by-case basis for an additional hourly fee.

Can I import fuel and other transactions from the system used by the fuel card supplier of my fleet?

Yes, you can. Depending on the fuel card supplier, the import can be fully automatic or involve the use of import files, for instance, XLSX. Please contact us to activate the import of data from your supplier, and we will check that the data have been correctly imported during the initial use of the product.

Can I get information from the GPS tracking system?

Yes, you can. In addition to geolocation and odometer data, numerous GPS tracking systems provide various other types of data concerning fuel and the vehicle. Please contact us to activate the import of data from your GPS tracking provider, and we will set up data import and check it during your first use of the product.

Can I integrate with my biggest customers and suppliers?

Yes, we have successfully implemented a number of similar project. All of these projects have been tailored, and yours would require a personalized approach as well collaboration with your specialists and the relevant employees of your clients and suppliers.

Can reports be exported in Excel?

Yes, any report can be exported.

Do you provide API services?

Can we host the Forwarder24 on our servers if we sign up with Forwarder24?

This can be arranged, but it will involve additional costs and will have to be performed in the course of product customization to meet the specific client's requirements.

Can I order a large-scale customization of Forwarder24 to cater for the needs of my company?

This can be done as customizing certain aspects of Forwarder24 to your needs or developing a tailored system from scratch for you. You can get a completely personalized product meeting all your specific requirements, without regard to other clients' requirements. Please contact us, and we will discuss all the details of the product you require.

Can my clients have access to the relevant operational data in the system?

Yes, you can grant your clients access to their data in the system. This should be carefully planned though, so please contact us for the initial set-up. There are various setting options in giving your clients access to the data: you can choose which type of data they can view or only grant them access to a specific document or specific rows in tables. There is an option of only showing the client the data that has been specifically marked as intended for showing to the client. However, there can be delays in displaying information in the system, data entry errors and other nuances, so your clients' access to your data is something that needs careful set-up: the information that has not been updated or adjusted can be confusing for your client and result in numerous questions.

Do I have to buy any hardware to use Forwarder24?

This is not required. Forwarder24 works without the need for any in-vehicle tracking devices, so there's no upfront cost or additional purchase required to start using the Forwarder24 system for your fleet.

Can I get my data if I cancel my Forwarder24 account?

You can export any data necessary. In case you have paused the use of Forwarder24 for more than six months, we can delete your data after the appropriate notification or charge a small fee for data storage.

Cookies

Necessary cookies are essential and enabling you to access different parts of the website. These cookies will be saved on your computer, mobile, tablet or any other device as long as you visit and browse the site, or during a limited time. These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. GDPR

The GDPR is the legal framework regulating the principles of personal data collection and processing within the European Union. As some of the data necessary for the functioning of Forwarder24 may be personal, we operate in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.

GDPR stipulates that consent to data collection must be freely and unambiguously given. In our case, the entry of personal data by the client in order to use Forwarder24 is regarded as unconditional consent to the use of their personal data for the purpose of using the functionalities of the web environment.

Forwarder24 undertakes not to provide any data to any third parties under any circumstances and does whatever is necessary to prevent data leakage.

It is not a violation of the GDPR if the client transfers their own data to a third party. For example, if a client provides a third party with a document containing the client's personal ID code, no violation of the GDPR is taking place as the information is disclosed not by Forwarder24 but by the client whose personal information it is.

Forwarder24 undertakes to delete any data records concerning the data subject from its data storage upon the client's request for data deletion or upon the expiry of the data storage period.
