Service Costs of Forwarder24.com

The first 2 months of using all modules of Forwarder24.com are free of charge. After the free period, the following pricing conditions apply:

Carrier Module

The cost depends on the number of vehicles with data entered into the system and is 4.90 EUR per month for each used vehicle. A vehicle is considered used if the entered expense data for that vehicle exceeds 200 EUR in a month. If a vehicle has no expenses or expenses less than 200 EUR, it is not considered used, and no fee is charged. The expense data is calculated based on the date of initial data entry, and the actual expense date is not considered.

Other Conditions

1. Prior to the end of the free 2-month period, the user is notified about the upcoming transition to paid usage.
2. If the services are not used, no invoices are issued.
3. If the system is not used for more than 6 months, a data storage fee is charged, which is negotiated individually in each specific case.
4. No turnover tax is included in the invoices, as we operate through a tax-free company registered in Estonia.
